Stress is like a thief in the night, it lurks in the darkness, barely noticeable so by the time it strikes it is already too late. The results of too much stress can be risky but that doesnt mean you shouldnt do anything. The best way to handle with stress itself is through stress reduction. Yes, stress reduction is your best option when it comes to dealing with stress.Stress reduction may need you to do something like declining an over time, declining an additional workload. For students it can be about taking some time off from extracurricular activities, or simply taking some time off from work. For housewives it can be about having a weekend off with her girlfriends. Stress reduction is important because this will certainly lower the level of stress in your life|the importance of stress reduction is to reduce or lessen the amount of stress you are experiencing giving you enough time to relax and unwindobvious immediately but it might manifest itself once you get older.
